We sous vide fresh strawberries in Aperol with a hint of vanilla for 24 hours, until they turn soft and jammy. Then we fold them into rich cream to make the strawberries & cream espuma that crowns every cup.
Built over ice with our house-made soda and crisp prosecco, right in front of you.
